Standard or HD?

Both follow the same roughly 10-second subway source, in a vertical MP4 without music. Standard is 480p and uses 50 credits. HD is 720p and uses 100 credits. AI likeness, gestures and output length can vary.

How credits work

Purchased credits are attached to your signed-in account and never expire. Credits are reserved when your generation request is accepted, used on success, and returned automatically after a confirmed failure. An uncertain submission stays reserved until its outcome can be checked, so you do not pay for duplicate submissions.

The initial service has a shared limit of three video requests per rolling 24 hours and one unresolved job per account. A request rejected before admission uses no credits. Purchases do not reserve a generation slot.

Refunds and support

An entirely unused credit pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Partly used packs are not refundable under this policy; remaining credits never expire. Statutory rights are unaffected. Read the refund policy →
