Terms & acceptable use
Current scope and content rules for the photo and prompt preparation tool.
What this version provides
The site helps you preview a photo and prepare, copy, download or save a text prompt. Reference footage is source material from MakeViral, not a completed result from this service. No payment is collected.
AI generation is a separate capability that requires a configured provider. A target duration, framing or gesture in a prompt is not a guarantee of the output. Quality, identity consistency, sound and lip sync can vary.
Use images with permission
Use your own images, photos of consenting adults or pet photos you have permission to use. Do not upload minors, public figures or people who have not consented. Harassing, sexual, fraudulent or misleading uses are not permitted.
Music and generated content
The service does not supply or license Ain't No Mountain High Enough or any other commercial recording. Choose audio you are permitted to use on the publishing platform. Follow that platform's synthetic-content disclosure requirements.
This is an independent creative tool, with no affiliation to the artists, reference websites or social platforms. The final operator details, provider terms and any commercial conditions will be added before a paid public launch.
